We did some geo-caching with friends at Cove Point Park in Lusby, MD. That's was our first time experience with geo-caching. Now, I got the idea what's geo-caching but its no physical competitive at all.

5k at Anne Arundel High School. I could have bring my orienteering shoes because we all run through Odenton Park. There were lots of rocks and roots on the trails. I got 3rd place by 3 seconds from 2nd place runner in our age group. I could have do better than 32 minutes.

Along on Piney Orchard Nature trail - my right thigh got bothering after about 3 miles. It feels tight and tired. Maybe its dehydrated. Need to get ready for 10k race on this Saturday.
