Arrived around 11am, still chilly and icy on some area in 30's degree. Use both Active Ankle on. Right ankle is still bothering but getting better slowly.

I would say I only run about 15 percent on Intermediate course with 11 controls. Mostly, I could run on flat trails and some downhill. Also, I kind of out of shape for running. Last time, I run last October 25th. Can't wait until the ankle full recover then will go back training for running.
