QOC - Score - O at College Park, MD on University of Maryland campus with gorgeous warm and sunny. My back is still bothering and had to stretching for awhile before go start.

It was my first time with score - O. Got little awkward at the beginning. Also, the map was hard to read, I barely could see the controls on the map because mostly reddish and grey color overall. I knew I didn't do well that event. Oh well....

Biking on WB&A trail nearby my home area. So many people walking and running on the trail cuz of gorgeous weather. My lower right back is still stiff and sore but better than last Monday.

Cycle situps - 102 and crunches - 12. Lower right side back is still sore and stiff but the stretching should help lose up. Hopefully, will be ready for this coming Sunday orienteering event at College Park.
