A few good sprints for the disc, short ultimate game. Had the winning score! On my biggest sprint. This cold makes it hard for me to put out though...

Worst day of being sick. And had to teach two SAT classes. So, no work out. Felt I made the right call when I was experiencing chills in the evening.

Orienteering race 1:23:06 [4] ** 9.84 mi (8:27 / mi) +75ft 8:23 / mi
spiked:41/41c slept:6.5 (sick)

After directing the Vasona event and being on my feet all day, and being sick, didn't feel like going out in Willow Glen on a score-O course with a mind-numbing blur of control points on the map. But I went on the course, and got into it. I targeted the 3 "high scoring" controls at the edges of the map and tried hitting the largest clusters and bunches of controls in between, and the strategy basically worked. Came back with a minute to spare, couldn't have gotten any more than I did I think. And stretched. GPS track
