My ultimate game at the San Pablo field got canceled, so I thought I'd go check out the scene at the Gilman fields. Jogged to the 72R bus stop.

Jogged from the bus stop to the Gilman Street fields. But the ultimate games were not happening until 9:00, I forgot, so I ended up waiting around until then - called Mom and Dad, went to Walgreen's and got some cards.

Then, started a faster tempo run. Got heckled along the bay trail by a drifter. Otherwise uneventful until I reached 40th and San Pablo... I was intercepted by a man on a bike who seemed to have concern for my safety and escorted me by following me at a short distance while I continued to execute my vigorous workout. With all the clothes I was wearing I was sweating quite a bit more than I usually do in a workout. My escort ditched me at about 22nd street after we exchanged some pleasantries, and I started toning down the pace at 16th St. GPS track

Brisk run, better weather today, in the 40s. Started uptempo on the horse trails to the nature reserve. No trails in the reserve! When I got to the edge, I thought it'd be fun to get some terrain running in on the way back, so I followed the river then the train tracks back to the horse trail. Then I picked up speed again until I was about a mile away from Mom and Dad's hotel. Stretched. GPS track
