It was raining in a really weird way. At some points it was very heavy and then it just went away.

Running warm up/down 7:13 [3] 1.0 mi (7:13 / mi)

Faster than I thought
3 PM

Running 13:56 [3] 2.0 mi (6:58 / mi)

Decided not to do Victory in order to keep off the roads so instead I started doing 4 miles on the track. The constant pounding doesn't feel good on my foot so I stopped. I was going an ok pace but it was pretty tough hah. Also fixed the toe problem with some second skin and a bandaid.

Spinning 25:00 [2]

7 PM

Technical/Drills/PT 1:00:00 [3]

Lots of cardio drills

Running warm up/down 8:00 [2] 1.0 mi (8:00 / mi)

I have a really uncomfortable and annoying cut on my toe so running doesn't feel great. My feet are just always a mess :P

Running 40:00 [3]

Ladder
4 on/off down to 1 and back up. I ran with Rachel and Mary and we started off really slow but picked it up.
Didn't do the cool down mile to let my feetsies rest. Still kinda sore/ tired from all the pounding.

Orienteering race 52:02 [4]

(Time is with the road crossings taken out, not total)
Another solid run. I did make one mistake at number 11 where I hit a rough yellow patch instead of the green patch I was supposed to go to. I figured it out pretty quick once I saw the root stocks, lost maybe a minute since I had to run down a bit then back up. I was going pretty slow off of yesterday but kept moving which was good, legs were definitely tired though and there was more climb today (that's how I felt at least). Not as much green which was a bummer, I really enjoyed those thorns yesterday...hah haha. Snow was also more slick since it was melting. Had lots of fun again and ended up 3rd overall after 2 days of coming in 3rd.
