Swimming 40:00 [4]

5 of us had to do a swim workout during lunch to get in some work without pounding on the roads.
First we did 4 laps as a warm up, then we did 5x one lap including rest in 60 seconds, 4x25m (half a lap) as fast as possible with 10 seconds rest and last but not least 60 water pull ups.

Easy day running since we swam earlier. Went to the middle school to pick up Mary and ran back to school. All of the other middle schoolers and freshman went to the freshman champs today. I'm sure they're having fun.

Last County meet ever at Bear Mountain. (So sad) I ran pretty well and ended up 9th overall, 4th for our team. We won by 20 something points which is what we were looking for. Also our scoring 5 were all in top 10. This was my last chance to break 19 and I did it!!! Yay lol. There wasn't that much competition especially compared to last year, I think if there was more I would have run a lot faster but I'm still happy.

Pre meet day, we have Counties tomorrow. Just jogged for 30 minutes with a tempo mile at 10. Mile time was 5:58, it was pretty windy.
