Track running warm up/down 6:36 [3]

I'm going to give running a try, going to do the 800 but I seated my time pretty slow at 2:35, hopefully I can beat that ...

Technical/Drills/PT 1:30 [3]

Running warm up/down 15:00 [2]

Track Race race 2:30 [4] 0.5 mi (5:00 / mi)

Finished 3rd
Stupid race, was seated 7th and I got stuck behind soooo many people. I had a lot left by the end and could have easily broken 30 if I wasn't seated in such a stupid place.
At least I got back into running easily, the next few days will be easy leading up to counties

Running warm up/down 22:00 [1]

Running warm up/down 10:00 [2]

Between 800 and 4x8 which I was put into

Track Race race 2:35 [4] 0.5 mi (5:10 / mi)

4x8 anchor leg
I was not ready to run 2 races and it shows.
We were seated 4th and finished 2nd though, so that's good

Running warm up/down 20:00 [3]

Ugh, been coughing all day and running doesn't help
:( why can't I be completely healthy and good for once?!

Running warm up/down 12:00 [3]

Orienteering race 1:38:32 [4]

Green X long
Good run except for #5 which was probably a 20 minute mistake. I got pulled off way to the right and was on the trail but I thought I was a lot higher up. I was very lost but once I figured it out I got it. A bit of a stupid mistake because I was wondering if I should have gone to the trail right away but I thought it would have been a waist of time, obviously it would have been much smarter just to go back to the trail to begin with, especially since it was such a long leg. Other than that I nailed pretty much all the controls but I took it slow again.

Running warm up/down 17:00 [3]

Moving pretty fast because I was mad about my run, burning off the anger :)

Running warm up/down 15:00 [3]

Orienteering race 47:52 [4]

Green X Middle
Good race, no mistakes but I was taking it really slow, especially since my glasses made it very hard to see my map. Loved the map, it was really technical and fairly similar to Harriman, also really no climb which was great. Lost a little bit of time at 2 controls looking for them but was very close. Oh and nothing hurt, physically I felt awesome :)

Running warm up/down 10:00 [1]

Running warm up/down 8:30 [3] 1.0 mi (8:30 / mi)

Technical/Drills/PT 2:00 [4]

Track running 1:00:00 [3]

Ran on the track for an hour... Probably one of the most boring things ever, especially since I did most of it alone. It was also pretty warm out. Oh and my foot didn't hurt at all! Yay! Forgot to count the laps :p

Note

Iced for 10 min and coach said we might swim tomorrow! Yay!
On another note stupid allergies killed me all day, I need to buy a lot of tissues...
