Trail Running 1:36:00 [4]

With Elina, Kate, Jenna and Rachel. Ran from Kakiat park to the suffern to bear mountain trail into Suffern. It was much longer than expected. We will now refer to this run as Death Run 2k14. Maybe not the best idea the day before the billygoat

Had to go to the meet early because we were running a 4xmile which wasn't actually apart of the meet, our coach set one up with a few other teams. I think he wants us to run it at nationals if possible.

Track race 5:24 [5] 1.0 mi (5:24 / mi)

Not my best race by any means but everyone else ran around what they should have so they made up for my leg. Our coach just wanted us to break 21 which we did so he was happy. Once again I found myself not near anyone in the race because we were far ahead of the other teams so I found it hard to stay on pace, especially on the third lap which is where I always have problems. I think we won by about 150 meters

Not bad, but not great. But at least I'm about 2 and a half weeks ahead of where I was last year when I compare times.

We ended up leaving the meet at some time past 11, then we had to take a detour because there was a train stopped on train tracks blocking the road so it took is more than an hour to get home. We were all tired to say the least.

Our coach didn't want is running outside because of the workout yesterday, but I still wanted to run so I chose the treadmill :/ what a stupid invention, I hate it with a burning passion.

50s- sprint as hard as you can
100 meter jog in between the 400, 300 and 200. 50 meter jog between the 200 and 50. 1 lap jog between each set
