Upper body at the gym since my 7:30am lesson got cancelled just as we arrived.

Training at Jorgensen Park. Wasn't looking at the map as much as I should have been because I was watching my feet. Screwed up a couple legs because I just wasn't focused, overshot #6 after taking a longer route around the tracks. Ended up taking about the same time as Kate, who went straight. Missed the track at #8 as well, since the entrance was blocked by a fallen tree. Wouldn't have been so bad, but the track I actually went down had lots of low hanging branches so I couldn't stand upright at all. Tim overtook me as I was coming into #8 so I tried to run the last few easier controls hard to try to pull away from him again.

Riley's orienteering training at ECU Mt Lawley. Accidentally skipped a loop since I mistook #18 for #13. Decided to just do the loop from 18-24 before going back to do the loop from 13-18, since #18 was a long way over on the other side of the road. I caught up with Riley and Seth while I was doing the 13-18 loop so I did the final loop a 2nd time with them. It rained really hard at the start just as we were getting maps ready, but mostly held off after that.
