H2 at Ngangaguringguring. Caught Hadrien at #1, and we stayed pretty close together most of the way around. Hadrien pulled away from 10-11 after I stopped a bit early. I caught back up to Hadrien from 12-13, where we caught Oliver, Craig and Volker. Made a couple of small stupid mistakes in the last loop, but fixed them up pretty quickly. Ended up in 1st place on the H2, 2 minutes ahead of Oliver in 2nd.

VE Challenge. The first few controls going up the hill on the tracks were painful but the downhills through the bush were a lot easier. I gained a lot of time on the others in the last 2 legs when it got onto harder uphill track running again and I pushed harder through to the finish.

Arms session at the gym. Had my first driving lesson today with Rachel at Perry Lakes and didn't crash into anything or anyone so I'd call it a success.

Hit with Scott at Reabold. Warm up, some hitting and then a set which I lost 4-6. A lot of long games early on tired me out pretty quickly, especially since I'm still recovering from a bit of a cold. Went down 2-5 but felt better after a slightly longer break in the shade to refill my water bottle and brought it back to 4-5 before losing another tight game to finish at 4-6. Felt pretty good in terms of hitting, just need to build a bit more match fitness.

First session of my new gym program at the HBF stadium gym doing the upper body session. We couldn't quite remember all of the exercises but mostly got the gist of things. Peter came in towards the end and we sorted it all out for next time.
