elliptical 52:42 [3]

Haven't elliptical-ed in so long it rolled off my list!!! :)
A couple minutes of this was running to and from the car.
Saw Erin, a girl from my major, and we talked about major stuff while she was on the elliptical. Might go to the weight room together later in the summer!

Also looked at routes from the Middle at TT, most of them were straight-ish. No map memory, too many details!!!

whew! These were tough!!! Went to the U. City track after dropping off O' equipment, saw Coach Williams, and did running drill-circuit. (logging as running drills b/c I need to keep track of those more.)

slooooow jog. Picked routes on a training camp map from Sweden. They were mostly just straight. about 8-10 controls. Also stopped by Walgreen's to pick up some Tecnu. Then I remembered I'm planning on going all carry-on to Pittsburgh! woops! I'm sure I can find a small bottle to put some in though.
