Wow, thought the pace was slower this time but it wasn't really. Felt sooooo much more comfortable than Saturday. Maybe it was cooler, maybe it was the GU, or maybe I've been taking better care of myself water-wise during the day. I think I might make it through today without falling asleep at my computer!
I've been feeling slow on Tuesday and Friday runs which hasn't been a huge confidence boost, but I think it might just be me being tired from pool-running doubles. Because otherwise this super-comfortable long run would make absolutely zero sense!
