Orienteering Race 2:00:00 [4] 8.23 km (14:35 / km) +425m 11:35 / km

West Point 'A' Meet. Longer and steeper, but the climb didn't seem as bad. Weather still nice. Pressed the pace early and really mashed #6 - around 5-6 minutes of being brain dead. Cramped out really bad towards the end, but the cramps in the quads eased out after 3-4 minutes and managed to finshed with a little speed at the end. Forgot breakfast - which might explain my overall slower and more brain deadness today.

Orienteering Race race 1:35:15 [4] 6.23 km (15:17 / km) +360m 11:52 / km

West Point 'A' Meet. Ran easily at first - which was easy to do because of the rocky terrain. Knee hurt a bit during the middle of the event. Nice weather. Really mashed 2 controls, but recovered pretty quickly. Total time lost was around 4-5 minutes.

Trail Run 1:07:05 [3]

Trail run in Tallman Mtn SP. 15 minute running segments followed by 5 minute walking segments and repeat as necessary. Felt some pain in the right knee, but different from the left knee. No more left knee pain, but still not anywhere near 100%. Still feels very unstable. Probably rest on Thursday.

Fitness Center 1:10:00 [3]

40 minutes on stairmaster and 30 minutes on bike. Very limited light lifting before the bike.
