45 minutes on the bike. Some very limited light lifting afterwards.

Orienteering Race 1:23:40 [5] 8.68 km (9:38 / km) +310m 8:11 / km

NEOC 'A' Meet. The woods were generally open with good runnability, Charlie hung the controls nice and high. The weather was almost perfect. My orienteering was pretty defensive. I went slower than I could have and made mostly minimal errors. Still need to get a better woods sense. Still not all the comfortable, but continuing to make progress.

Trail Run 33:49 [2]

Easy trail run at South Mountain. Retrieved control flag I saw during last week's run. It was cold and sleeting/raining. Nice that this was an easy run

30 minutes on bike, 15 minutes on rowing machine and 20 minutes on stairmaster. Light weights between each section.

Running 1:00:02 [2] 6.02 mi (9:58 / mi)

6 miles on the treadmill at around 10:00/mile pace. Wish I was outside, but it actually snowed today and I wasn't prepared to run in cold weather.

40 minutes on stairmaster and 22 minutes on eliptical trainer. Rush workout and then back to work. That really sucks...
