tried to go straight from 1 to 2 but it looked too thick, so went to the left and up to the track .. lost a minute there
pretty clean run other than that, the new tracks helped, I would guess it saved me 2 or 3 minutes compared to an earlier starter.
was 3rd at the last control, lost a minute up the last hill :(
fitness is slowly getting better, I can run up small hills now, big ones still kill me though :(
