At Oittaa. Tracks were in good condition early in the morning.
10 AM

Running warm up/down 20:00 [2] 3.7 km (5:24 / km) +65m 4:58 / km
shoes: Asics

After skiing.
4 PM

Running 1:13:00 [2] 12.4 km (5:53 / km) +190m 5:28 / km
shoes: Asics

12x30 uphill leaps was the main content of the training.

Had planned earlier to do hills, but cancelled 'cause of mini-injury.

In the very beginning I felt on my knees that I hadn't run in last three days. Then it started to feel better. Also did few leaps.

Too much weight at gym. Just a strain or something on quadriceps. Causes maybe only one rest day.

Light and delightful morning run. Chose wrong shoe... still slippery, had to walk because of it. Also 12x10sec alactacid intervals.

shoes: Icebug Spirit OLX

Also few uphill leaps

3x10min /5min. Little too easy, maybe.
