Submaximal exercise test on bicycle ergometer. I hit 39 ml/kg/min VO2 at 85% of predicted max HR, for an estimated VO2max of 46. This was the first part of my volunteer contribution to Daniel Callow's exercise and brain function study at UMD. (There was some brain function testing as well.) The next two parts involve an MRI machine.
