Flying Pig Day 3. Hard to believe it could go any worse. I lost time on every control except 11, including the go control and the finish. Also, I sprained my ankle leaving the last forest control. It may be ready to run on by this weekend.

Flying Pig Day 2. Finally a course with some running room. Ran fast and kept control. Fell twice, once on a piece of fencing and once when a stick rolled out from under my foot. This was a lot of fun, but the orienteering wasn't very hard.

Flying Pig Day 1. Lost a lot of time on #4. Attack was off, and I looked at 3 or 4 spurs, but after relocating from one of the fences I saw there was another one. Lost time on 3 too. I stopped short before a big hill, and looked on two spurs. I climbed that hill thinking I was relocating to the trail behind the control, but in fact I was climbing the ridge just before the chasm, which gave a good view of the control ahead. I still can't see that ridge on the map.
