Down to the monument, out past the rugby club, back along back lanes to train crossing. Stopped at st davids church to take a couple of photos, then home via the common and hendte road.

Walked through the snow to have my BP checked, it was fine. Bent to pick my rucksack up, twinged my back, am now in some pain :(
