My legs felt kind of stiff when I was warming up but once the race got underway they felt just fine. It wasn't 'till about 1/3 into the race when I started to gag and had to stop and hack up a good amount of mucus. I didn't actually throw up but it had the same result. I was struggling for the rest of the race and had to walk up the last big hill. Overall it was still a good race I just wish I didn't have to stop.

Ran easy to and from the Colorado College (CC) track to run three 800s with a 400 rest between. Even these short two miles were hard on my knees.

I was greeted by a beautiful golden full moon rising in the purple pink blue shadow of the Earth through fall colored trees. Very nice!

Easy run in Bear Creek with two Hill loops.

Saw a Coyote out for it's evening hunt, I pointed him in the direction of a tasty Rabbit I'd just seen. Later I heard a whole group of them singing along with an ambulance siren. Very amusing. I like the trickster!
