continental divide trail run out of steamboat (fish creek falls to mt werner). the trails were spectacular (i would do this race again), the organization was perfect... low key, nice people, etc. i was having a good race / holding 3rd or 4th but took a very nasty fall at mile 10. hobbled all the way to the finish (mile 16). immobile for several subsequent days. def couldn't put any weight on it for 2 solid ones...

short jaunt down and back up the canyon. supposed to have a race on Saturday so taking it really easy this week... we will see how the ankle holds up.
