Orienteering race 1:46:51 [3]

It was a beautiful and enjoyable day of orienteering, but I think that I forgot that I was racing!

Rough footing, a prevalence of blackberry trip wires, lots of pinpoint bearing navigation, and a "long" course (I brought a snack and water!) meant that I approached this with Intensity Level 3, instead of the 4/5 of shorter events.

To gym

BHC 10:00 [3]

New core routine!

Begin with foam rolling.

Barbell good mornings = look good in slacks
Barbell front rack/step back lunge = fire the glutes!

Plate inclined sit-up = home-made roller coaster

TRX high row = funnest
TRX triceps extension = oh, hello little guys
TRX pendulum plank = just keep swimming... just keep swimming...
TRX knees to elbows = I'm being murdered!

Rolling plan on foam roller = not sure if I'm moving, but the plank is hard

Do it all 3 times.


Other instructions:
If I'm running hard, do this afterwards. If I'm running easy, do this before.

Do this 3x a week.
