Whoa. I got a different MikeD dvd and thought, "oh, I'll do the level 1 and it'll be like doing the level 1 of the one I already have." Nope! HARD! Very hard! And it was just the body weight level! Dang. Well, proves my theory-- I had gotten accustomed to the moves in the previous DVD. It's not always about upping the weight, it's also about learning some new moves!
