Level One AND Two - woo!

I'm still getting better at plank jacks and the plank-jumpy thing! Maybe someday my anterior delts will be awesome.

Those chair-flys still kill me though! And pushing weight UP toward the ceiling is just about the hardest thing ever.

Also- I'm going to start counting these as 18min ea, not 20- since it's a 3x6min workout.

A random cruise around the neighborhood. Body feeling good, no random aches, felt like I could keep going, good and comfortable, and Christmas lights!

Run to Woodland Park, a few laps around the track, then figuring out a 5k course with Gina in the dark!

We found suicide hill! (It's not morbid- just steep.)

Then I got to see all of Gina's maps from San Fran- not only was it fun, but I learned a lot too!
