US Champs Sprint F20

Pretty good race, felt really in the zone, chose safe routes and worked on some speed play. Ran hard on the trails and on rough compass, and took it a bit slower once i got into the control circle.
could have chosen better attackpoints, since most of the controls were on buildings, i could have ran to that set of buildings in the woods and gone from there.
Shins were pretty sore today, but i still had an awesome race :)

ran the 400m in the Medley relay
and our team came 3rd!

warmup and cool down before and after race
was planning on racing the 1500m but after warming up, my shins were very sore, so i ended up not racing, and just racing the 400m in the medley relay

did some video game nav today, but due to my sore ankles and 4 races in the next 4 days i only walked it :(
kept really close contact with the map though, and visualized what i would be seeing

Jog over to McMaster track for school practice
warmup, stretching and strides

did some hurdle work today with the Highland coach to practice for the steeple!
need to work on not jumping too high, and following through with the trail leg.
Did a couple of jumps on the steeple at the end, and worked on stepping onto it.
fun stuff :)

ankles didn't hurt too much today :)
