Testing my legs out after several days off. They weren't too bad but were still a little tired. Pace was decent though.

Saw the Gaines daughters on their driveway.

Lick Run
Wanted a short interval run but my legs still didn't seem ready so I adjusted and my fast laps were more like striders and all downhill.

Road Running tempo 1:09:12 intensity: (24 @0) + (2:01 @1) + (21:09 @2) + (45:33 @3) + (5 @4) 8.68 mi (7:58 / mi) +335ft 7:41 / mi

Straley Valley
Something seemed wrong. I was attempting a tempo run but my legs were not working. I couldn't keep my normal pace and they just kept getting slower. I knew my legs were a little tired going in but didn't seem that bad. Road was wet and muddy but not too bad and it was humid but also not too bad.

I probably should have taken another day off or an easy day. Wasn't sure what to do after I was more than halfway through. It was mostly just trying to get home as fast as possible.
