Rollerblading on the Henry Hudson Trail in Freehold with my Dad.

Most of the trail was wet and covered with leaves which made for slow going but there were a couple sections where we could go faster. The Northern most portion of the trail was great. It was freshly paved and dry.

Beautiful colors.

Running at Clayton Park my old HS stomping grounds. It was a nice evening and I really enjoyed running on these trails. I went out pretty hard and started getting tired around 40 min in.

I ran all the trails as to map them and doubled up on the two loops in the back.

Legs were light and fast. Not super strong though. Felt good to ride like this. Got stuck at a few lights.

Left a little later than I should have. I am not all lit up yet and it got too dark to ride about 30 min in. At the same time I started feeling rain that wasn't supposed to start until 11pm. Just spit on me for the rest of the ride though.
