Annoying. Threw it away at the end. Good race otherwise, but never at full pace due to the numerous gates and the wet conditions. Massively stupid error at #27. First time i planned more than one ahead and promptly turned in too early. Probably dropped around 30s, and from 1st to eventually 6th :(. Silly silly. Excellent course though. Definitely the sprint-like style that suits me when I'm not being an idiot

Greenwich-Tower Bridge loop, with extentions in Mudchute Farm and around Greenwich park, just gently under 5min/k. Longest run in a while
