Two-day sprint race/training format here in France. Every race had different techniques to focus on (route-choice, control descriptions, simplification, right vs. left). It was good to get things going also technically. I had a good amount of trouble with the control description heavy courses, whereas performed better comparatively on the route choices and simplification exercises.

I have an 8k tempo run planned for the evening, but feel pretty tired. We'll see if I can pull through maybe after a good nap.
