Skate laps on the uphill route at Liberty. This is only allowed for an hour from 7-8, but that was enough, I was tired. I thought maybe it would be too warm for snow guns but they were on and loud.

I was planning on a few downhill runs afterward but my ugly warm jacket disappeared from the base area patio and has not yet reappeared in lost&found. Bizarre.

Midweek adventure due to use-or-lose vacation days. Not much open but with no crowd it was fine, at least until loose rocks got kicked up everywhere.

This was too uneven, soft, and narrow to be a good idea. Felt like the wheels were sinking in, I aborted relatively quickly. Maybe in the summer or on MTB.

Hip is still sore but it didn't really bother me, and I wore my padded shorts anyway. I realized I can remove all the foam sections that I wouldn't land on, which makes them a bit less sweaty. Trail was smooth and dry except for some root damage. Once the hillside got steep there were also occasional chunks missing presumably due to tumbling boulder impact. Posted signs said the trail was blocked by a landslide at mile 20, but I turned around before that. This felt like uphill both ways, so I guess it was mostly flat.
