Have been taking it easy the last few days trying to decide whether I'm sick again/still. RHR is way up, HRV is way down (Garmin has been warning me since monday), but no other symptoms besides a runny nose and constant unrelaxed feeling that I don't think is life-stress. The rest of the house is currently or recently sick so most likely it's whatever they have. This is unfortunate because suddenly the weather is super great.
