Downhill with the munchkins. I am reminded that taking them individually is still the preferred option. In the morning Eliza wanted to go home. Then later she wanted to stay all night while Samantha was really tired early in the afternoon (maybe from running 5mi yesterday). Snow was soft and slow and the uphill wind made it even slower. On the bright side, there were no lines and fun was had with the GoPro pole.

Twice around NIH. left arch had been a little sore yesterday, I think due to running tuesday while it was still tight from running in snow on sunday (complicated, I know). felt mostly fine today, and it helped that the ground was very soft. In shorts+tshirt, though gloves would have been ideal.
