Solo 3k time trial. Not good compared to last year, but actually much better than I expected. My plan was to see how long I could hang on with 83s, but unintentionally came through the first few quite a bit faster than that before settling down. Feet seem fine afterwards. I have had that "catching a cold" feeling all day, but ran anyway assuming I may feel worse tomorrow. It didn't seem to bother me during the run.

Relay champs, red leg. Cold and rainy, on top of some existing snow. My run was ok, lost some time on route choices but no real gain/loss relative to Wyatt and Mattias. Ali scalped us all though, well done.

Night-o champs. Struggled with green stuff and steep slippery places. Not many mistakes but didn't feel like I was moving very well either. Probably couldn't have come up with the 8 mins to Mattias though.
