Bike 18:00 [2]
(injured)

Bike intervals 11:00 [3]

4x ~2:50 up a decent hill near home. the nice thing about the bike is that it's actually possible to have short recoveries...it only took 1 min to get back down.

also, my butt seems to be getting broken in to the bike seat. I still don't have any padded shorts.

Running 25:47 [2] 3.22 mi (8:00 / mi)
(injured) shoes: Adidas Resp Tr X red

in hayden woods at lunch. foot felt fine, until one particular step about 15 minutes in, then it hurt like I'd reinjured something, but only for a minute. ok, whatever.

Bike 35:30 [2] 8.0 mi (13.5 mph)

rode the long way from home, to the soccer fields, and then since people where playing there, back to the HS for some grass running. also home again.

Running (grass) 20:34 [3] 2.73 mi (7:32 / mi)
ahr:158 shoes: Adidas Resp Tr X red

on the infield at the track. had bike-legs (you know what I'm talking about) for the first mile or so, until I stopped to stretch again, then I felt somewhat better. felt ok, but my foot was a bit uncomfortable when I ran half a lap on the track surface. unless I magically get 100% better in 2 days, it looks like I should skip the alumni race, which sucks since I was looking forward to that.
