Both Knees. Under knee cap.
Sore when cycing while pushing down. Sore while running. Worse on impact. Made worse by time. Worse with knees bent for a long time.
After 2 weeks it was sore to touch just on the inside of my knee caps but not so sore while exercising

It got better over time even with training and racing

Might have been something to do with my bike set up which i changed slight because to see if it would reduce the pain, but there was no instant affect
