Grade: 2
Main symptom is stiff and sore (like a pulled muscle?) on right of spine. No obvious connection to a traumatic event - just woke up with a sore neck, back became sore/stiff, then tail bone. Third day started having a weak feeling in right arm, some soreness there, maybe tingling?
Had this once before after changed strength training. i think it went away after a week or two of avoiding pain but continuing light exercise.
I think this is a result of bad desk ergonomics - a day without mousing alleviated the discomfort. A day returning to it and the pain returned. Cycled through that again, same thing. I am working on my desk arrangement
