L Lower Leg, Calf Strain

Didn't feel anything go but afterwards I knew something was wrong, right calf hurt but in a tired way, left hurt in an injured way! So no idea what caused the trouble. Definitely not up to running, and can feel it a small bit cycling which i'll be doing until I get all clear to run.

Physio sorted the problem out. Issue was that my left calf just tightened up fairly badly after the race, facia issues which requires more stretching, so will be increasing that part of my routine from now on.
