Got the flu/strep throat. Could not do activity for the first two days, then got on medication and was told to take it easy thru the weekend. Unfortunately missed the Batona 500, but will be ready for the Philly Marathon still.
Rest helped recovery, going to crazy on the weekend prior must have made me prone to sickness
