crashed in Oliver the day before the 1/2 IM. Was going about 24 in aero and got side blasted with wind with my hed 3 wheels on. Road rash on leg, hip stumache and hands and a big slam to my left hip. My elbow got the worst though, a huge hole ripped in my forearm just below my elbow deep to the tendons and about 4 cm in diameter. gravel was shoved under my skin and well...no race the next day. No IM CDA...bleh bleh bleh
