Soreness triggered by running. Feels like the muscle is coming away from the bone (although it's not that dramatic). We'll keep at the fix and will see what comes of it. Initial action is massage (phyiso and self), acupuncture and rest. Turns out, shin splints.

Nothing the a big or rest couldn't fix. It's not fixed, but close to it. A few slow/genial runs to get the feeling back then I'll be off.
