L Foot, Morton's Neuroma

3rd metatarsal feeling a bit odd, had a pins and needles type feeling when I've been walking around at school all week, but while running on the track at Cheltenham it clicked and hurt after that. Feels like it could be a trapped nerve, but worried cos its a very similar sensation to what I had last winter in the other foot, and I REALLY don't want to go through that again...
21/11 - think its alright now, seemed fine while running BSOC.
