Grade: 3
On March 21st I developed a blister at the tip of my left pinky toe. The blister immediately got infected, but it was a very minor infection that didn't affect my ability to train or race. Then after a 2.5 hour run on April 3rd the infection flared up and the toe got nice and swollen. I am proscribed from running for one week and I'm taking a mild antibiotic.
Always clean wounds after a race, regardless of small and innocuous they look.
