Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

Left leg. Feels really tight and hurts a bit after longer runs. Feels close to pulling when I bend my leg and flex the muscle. It hurts at the point just below my knee of the tight string that seperates itself from the leg when I flex my muscle. Basically right at the end of that string where it appears to connect to the bottom of the knee on the inner side.

It went away with two days of rest but has come back again after another long run. I am starting to think it may be more than just a tight muscle. Perhaps some kind of minor strain. Will take it easy the next couple of days to make sure it heals properly.

A full week off and then a week of easy running to build back up.
