R Knee, Iliotibial Band Syndrome

IT band tightened at mile 21 of a marathon. I pushed it through to the finish. Dumb, but I finished 2nd. Ended placing 1st.

I think I am ok. I did some hills up and down today, and no IT band problem. I have continued stretching and will continue stretching.
Caused by hard slamming downhill running.
