Foot, Morton's Neuroma

2009-11-04 – 2010-03-21

Grade: 2

3/5 I think this is better. I had tight shoes at work a nd "felt it." So, I took my shoes off and felt fine. I ran today and no pain after.

3/2 I have been running and have not needed to use the pain killer they gave me. I feel great. Shoes fitted loosely in the toe box were the trick

2/3 Diagnosed with Morton's BUT do not need surgery. In fact I can run, but need to stick to my newer shoes that have bigger toe boxes. I was prescribe pain killer that is a slap on pad that numbs well.

1/25 Have not been diagnosed. Friday is the day. Experienced numbness for two months then in the fist week of February intermittened acute pain folllowed by soreness. Icing and treating as a Plantar Faciatice (spelling) issue treating the Plantar and the calf with a roller and massage.

11/5 Goldrush race felt a sharp pain in front foot kept running haulling ass despite thru the finish.

3/21 I feel fine. I did not use any pain killer. Ice helped and so did wearing shoes with big toe boxes. My La Sportiva Wildcats Trail Shoes toe box is expandable and they allowed the foot to expand without pitching on the effected nerve. I highly recommend that type of shoe for anyone with Mortons.
