Shoulder, Rotator Cuff injury

went to the doc 1/6, since it'd been a week since I fell on my snowboard and my shoulder wasn't doing any better. Diagnosis was a rotator cuff strain/tear, lots of rest, ice, and motrin (and no swimming :( )
