Kinda stupid. Ran my thumb into an alley way post as i tried to dodge through them on the Kewdale metro. Did this around 10km/hr as well.

Swelled up on sat nite and has only gone back to normal today (tuesday). Only had about 20% movement on sat/sun. Got about 90% movement now but still sore.

The tissue around the thumb is really quite tender and I cannot lift too much with the left hand without pain, so this takes out paddling, cycling. I cannot be bothered running.

Going to give it a week or so to see how it goes and get back into it.

Have taken it pretty easy over the last few weeks. Hand occasionally is sore, but nothing that is going to stop me from continuing training
