Torso, Lower Back Pain

Tweaked it at the gym practicing dead lifts, didn't seem too bad, so carried on with the session...bad idea!

Several months of regular exercises and strengthening seems to have more-or-less fixed it. Need to keep up the exercises now that it is better to prevent a recurrance.
