L Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

Hamstring or Adductor pull while running meadows session. Stiffened up rather than snapping like last hamstring problem.

Stretching as per last time, seemed to go nowhere with other stuff getting sore. Eventually quit stretching and it cleared up a bit, restart running cautiously.

Running freely after 3 weeks, able to do hill reps

4 weeks on, Oing again, not quite stretching out yet.

May be random that recovery coincided with stopping the stretching regime.
